Rev Brian Robert Hendrie 

Brian was educated at Ayr Academy and studied for his Bachelor of Divinity degree and Certificate in Ministry at Glasgow University. He served his probationary year in Kingcase Church in Prestwick.

In 1992 he was ordained and inducted into his first charge Hawick Wilton with Teviothead in the Presbytery of Jedburgh.  After a very successful 5 years there he has served with great acceptance in churches in Falkirk, Perth and Buchan before his induction to Maybole with Crosshill in September, 2010.

Brian is an experienced school chaplain. He has served on a team ministry, as part time chaplain in a Young Offenders Institution, was chosen as a National Assessor in the Church of Scotland’s Enquiry and Assessment Scheme for candidates for the ministry and has organised and contributed to Ayr Presbytery’s Worship Team Training Course.
